Artezen Hotel

Hotel location was fantastic. 'A' train from JFK stops just around the corner. There are a couple of little newsagents over the road if you need to pick up any water or snacks. There is also the 'American Irish Bar' directly opposite that serves food late into the evening and a Joes Pizza 2 min along the road. All very handy if you get back late after a day exploring the city. Staff at the hotel were superb all very friendly and even left an 18th Birthday for my daughter in her room.. Rooms were very comfortable and very clean. 👍

This hotel was the best in the FiDi area that I have stayed in, and I have stayed in almost all the area hotels. The property was clean and well appointed. I was surprised upon entering the room since it was rather large for a NYC hotel, which was a pleasant surprise! The bed was perfect and the housekeeping staff kept the room neat and tidy throughout my 6 night stay. Located steps away from The Fulton Street Station makes this a perfect spot to catch any and all trains in the city.....Thank you Artezen for making this one of my BEST hotel stays in FiDi to date. I will definitely return!

The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. Compared to other hotels in NY in this category this one was the best of them all. And it's no exaggeration. Very good price for what you get. I usually search for a long time when I want to book a Hotel and I was very curious that this Hotel had nearly only very good reviews. Usually a strange sign for Hotels in NY but after the stay I can understand why most people just had a great experience. They deserve the great reviews. Awesome location. Close to all the sights in lower Manhattan and not even a minute to walk to Fulton Station which is very well connected to all Subway-Lines. Also the concierge stood out to me. Very friendly and very helpful even if you're just looking for a nice place to eat. It was really a great experience and I'll definitely go there again.

The hotel and the staff was just unbelievable! The location was perfect, we felt so safe in the middle of the financial district and this was most important to us as we are 2 girls traveling. The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, they helped us out a lot and were always really friendly without being too pushy. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the budget but get so much for it! The metro is also just next to the hotel and you're in walking distance of so many cool restaurants/take aways/the financial district which is incredible at night to walk through. I don't think I have ever been this satisfied with a hotel!

The staff were amazing- so helpful and professional!! Beautiful hotel and rooms (albeit quite small). Great coffee right across the street. Easy access to several tourist attractions. Nespresso coffee machines in room- love! Beds and pillows very comfortable and daily maid service- lovely!
